The 2 most epic moments of 5D's...

Recommended Posts

SHOOTING STAR

Rekindling (lose itself, gain Dog Mage Poun and Baby) [+3]

Synchro Stardust (lose 2 gain 1) [+2]

Synchro Formula (lose 2 gain 1 draw 1) [+2]

Accel Synchro Shooting Star (lose 2 gain 1) [+1]

NET +1

MAJESTIC

Rekindling (lose itself, gain Dog Mage and Poun) [+2]

Synchro Stardust (lose 2 gain 1) [+1]

Summon Majestic Dragon [+1]

Savior Synchro Majestic (lose 3 gain 1) [-1]

NET -1

This assumes

1. You ONLY use Rekindling for the MINIMUM of monsters

2. Your opponent does not stop either combo

3. Your opponent does not allow you to use Majestic's field destruction effect

Did I do this right?

OH AND one more thing:

Neo Flamvell Origin = Level 2 Tuner = 1 card Scar Red...

if Rekindling stays @3, I will be stunned

I already did the math in the post you quoted. They're even in required monsters, but Shooting Star is better.

Art doesn't matter.

If you think Coelcanth doesn't exist in the anime, think again. It can be inferred that all cards from real life exist in the anime (from Dragon Capture Jar to Trishula). Furthermore, WC09 - which is based off of the anime universe - has a CPU use it against you, and has a character that IS Seaking.

1, WC09 isnt Cannon. and 2, it has never shown up in 5D's, so it doesnt exist in 5Ds.

"It hasn't appeared so it doesn't exist"

Sleeping Giant Thud. It was implied to have been around for ages but not pulled out because it sucked. Also, Green Baboon took until Team Unicorn showed up to appear. Two-Pronged Attack and Dragon Capture Jar didn't appear until Team Sun appeared. Flawed logic.

Also, this reminds me of a stupid philosopher that had a theory along the lines of "To take a step, you must first take half-a-step. To take half-a-step, you must first take a quarter of a step. etc, etc, etc. Since you can never figure out how small a distance you must move, you cannot move. Genius - I've just disproved motion!"

Summon Shooting Star Dragon -> BELIVE IN NEEEEEEXXXUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111one -> ????????? -> profit?

Once, while i played with my friend at my house, i summoned Shooting Star Dragon. A moment before summoning, i played Clear Mind at full volume from my PC. And to be even lulzier, the moment when i put Shooting at the field was the same moment when song came to the words:

"Iku ze Clear Mind"

Lulziest summoning evar

Until Coelcanth is in 5Ds, i win. if it IS in 5D's by the end of the series, Neg and annoy me all you want.

I've already disproven the whole "It doesn't exist if we don't see it" argument. Besides, they only show cards as filler or if someone actually USES it. It not appearing in 5Ds doesn't change anything.

The most epic moments in 5D's are episodes 57 and 110, burnpsy is right, and Rekindling is the only decent way to bring out these guys.

There, that's about it.

Well, keep in mind that most duels in the anime are for spectacle, not absurdly simple ways to summon ace monsters of that magnitude. Just because cards aren't seen doesn't they don't exist. Most players use a lot of conditional crap over meta decks, except for Crow, who runs Blackwings. It puts most people on a similar level, since their decks run excellently in their meta.

As for as simplicity of summoning, the Majestics still require you to run Majestic Dragon. But these and the Majestics can be just as easy to summon.

A 3 card combo for either Shooting Star or either Majestic.

One for One, Dandylion in hand, Debris Dragon.

Majestics: Activate One for One, discard Dandylion (+2 tokens), summon Majestic Dragon. Summon Debris, revive Dandylion. Tune for Stardust or Red Dragon, using a token, Debris, and Dandy. (+2 more tokens). Tune token, the dragon, and Majestic.

Shooting Star: Activate One for One, discard Dandylion (+2 tokens), summon a level 1 tuner. Summon Debris, revive Dandylion. Tune the tuner with a token for Formula Synchron (draw 1), tune Debris with Dandy and the remaining token for Stardust (+2 tokens). Tune at will for Shooting Star.

Granted, One for One is limited and Dandy is semi-ed at the moment, but still. Easy combo.

Most epic moment in the anime.

OT: Majestics have some stronger effects, the capacity to become stronger, and lower levels than the new guys. However, the new guys have much less variable effects (except Shooting Star), a handy attack negation effect, and are far easier to Summon and more splashable than the Majestics. These attributes make Shooting Scar better than the Majestics.

The part where Placido fuses itself with his motorcycle just to show his true power in a card game is much more epic than those 2 scenes.

No, it's where he explodes into two and nearly dies just because he lost in a FRIGGIN CHILDREN'S CARD GAME!!!

And Cup Ramen Man.

OT: Scarlet Nova is better if you're going to make a deck around it.

Cup Ramen was awesome.

Its not Shooting, but its still awesome: The theme for when Majestic star was summoned:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ffeFsB38rQ&p=4185BFCAFFE2FF2B&playnext=1&index=25
and the theme for when Shooting star was summoned
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nf4zjb2vKB0
See how crappy the second them was... it deserves the first 1. both do. Signer dragons deserve the 1st theme. because its awesome.

First Song was pretty regular OST in the second Season (Mostly in Yusei's Duels) it was not specific of the Summoning of Savior Star Dragon

Also adding to the Epic Moments....

1 turn 3 Kill

and

The first Time Gattling Ogre's FTK was introduced

Coincidencially both belongs to the Crashtown arc

You can't talk about Shooting without bring up Formula. Formula is good, and the fact that he's the only level 2 synchro means if your extra deck has room, he's going to get used.

Shooting is good, but your better off keeping Stardust.

Scar is a much better RDA plus being the only level 12 means he's also going to see play.
