This rule would allow you to only need to use 1 Tribute to Tribute Summon Level 7 monsters if their ATK is 2500 or less. So yay, I can actually run Dark Magician. Dragon would be better. Darkblaze Dragon? That Spell that makes a Level 7 monster be Special Summon by Tributing 1 monster in exchange for not being able to battle that turn would still be crappy but now it would be useless and outclassed by not another card but a rule itself. Neos would be fun.All those Level 7 2000 ATK monsters that destroy everything that its not their Attribute (I don't remember their names but there's one for each attribute) would be pro. The only negative now is that Monarchs have been outclassed in ATK as well as lots of other monsters. Konami proceeds to make Level 7 Monarchs with 2800...
