[/quote] First off, if the card has at least 3000 ATK, it has to be at least level 8. Second, the card must posses some kind of mass-field controling effect. Third, the card must be easily played with a condition that also seems "somewhat" difficult to achieve. And fourth, print that card as a Secret Rare. Sit back, and make a profit.
