Another Heavy Metal card^^

 

|Heavy Metal Drill|0|VNDM|Spell Card|Spell||Equip|Equip only to "Heavy Metal Dragon". It inflicts Piercing Damage. During your Main Phase, while this card is in your Graveyard, you can send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard to equip this card to 1 appropriate monster on the field.|

 

 

Random WIND support monster:

 

 

|Raging Storm Guard|0|VNDM|Winged-Beast/Effect|WIND|8||2100|2500|During either player's turn, if your opponent activates a Trap Card, you can send 1 WIND monster you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. The effects of all Trap Cards are negated. During each of your End Phases, take 1000 damage and destroy this card unless you remove from play 1 WIND monster from your Graveyard.|

[Dragon/Effect]

This card's name is treated as "Heavy Metal Dragon" while in your Deck or field. You can discard 1 card to remove from play this card from your side of the field. If you do, Special Summon this removed from play card during your next Standby Phase and add 1 "Heavy Metal" Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

ATK/1400 DEF/1000

Discard 1 "Heavy Metal" card. Draw 2 cards.

 

Heavy Metal Shield

Equip Spell Card

Equip this card only to "Heavy Metal Dragon". It cannot be destroyed by battle. (Battle Damage is applied normally) If the equipped monster would be destroyed by a card effect, you can send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard and destroy this card instead.

 

4. Rated cards:

Ultimate Hurricane - Pretty nice generic removal. Accepted

Heavy Metal Dragon - As for now, it's pretty balanced. Until we get REDRUM like card... Accepted

Heavy Metal Wyvern - Stat changing effect seems random, but whatever. Accepted

Heavy Metal Armor - So HMD gains 300 DEF instead of losing 200? Other effect seems ok, could work as a draw engine. Accepted

Heavy Metal Cannon - Nothing much to say, balanced. Accepted

Heavy Metal Shield - Well, this is a bit broken. If we get some effect destruction cards, this can get probably Limited. But Accepted

Primary Spectrum Knight - Red the Archer - It's broken. Free burn + S/T removal. In addition, built-in revive effect, Level 4 Tuner and a beatstick. But... Accepted, however, immediately put as Limited

Primary Spectrum Knight - Yellow the Volt - Pretty nice. Yeah, it has Piercing effect, but you must first have 2 more S-Knights. Accepted

Primary Spectrum Knight - Blue the Torrent - Hmmm... selecting Level 4 monster makes it 2k beatstick immediately... and it can select itself :/ Declined

Trimary Spectrum Knight - Indigo the Ocean - Balanced. It won't get much boost, so ok. Accepted

Trimary Spectrum Knight - Vermilion the Phoenix - No, just no. Get it to Grave and you have re-usable 2600 ATK Battle Fader. Plus, it can't be destroyed. Declined

Trimary Spectrum Knight - Chartreuse the Rampage - Too easy Special Summon. Hard to run over. Free removal + burn. Declined

Secondary Spectrum Knight - Orange the Chariot - The "halve damage" thing made it balanced. Accepted

Secondary Spectrum Knight - Green the Typhoon - Well, Blue the Torrent won't be added, so it's pointless to add this card. Declined

Secondary Spectrum Knight - Violet the Allure - Hmmm... here, I actually don't know. Well, we can always place it on Banlist later. Accepted

Elite Spectrum Knight - White the Queen - Hmmm.. not that easy to summon, takes 3 turns to actually use effect... But ATK seems to high. Accepted

Elite Spectrum Knight - Black the King - TOO. MUCH. MILL. But... *looks at my Aero Archetype* Accepted :)

Palette Tree - Balanced. Accepted

Supreme Rainbow Cannon - Activation conditions make it balanced. Luckily, we don't have Diamond-Dude like card... Accepted

Heavy Metal Guardian - Broken. It loops woth itself. Declined

Heavy Metal Micro - Balanced, even underpowered. Accepted

Atlantis - Declined. Read post #104

Land of the Weak - Practically useless now, but maybe it will get more support. Accepted

Forest in the Flames - Well, HMDs are EARTH, so Accepted

Great Phoenix Azcada - lol@tribute5monsters. But itself it's balanced. Accepted

Sacrifice to Fire - Now, it can summon only Azcada, but maybe later... Accepted

Drill Mech - Will be a staple in Aeros :P Accepted

Rolling Warrior - Doesn't miss the timing... cool. Accepted

Synch Snake - Generic, 2k beatstick, negates all attack... no one would even attack it. Declined

Heavy Metal Retriever - Nice. Especially equip-recycling effect. Accepted

Heavy Metal Drill - Pretty nice. Seriously, one more time, inb4HeavyMetalDragonMeta. Accepted

No. For example, you submitted 10 cards. Only 2 are accepted. You still have only 5 cards to submit.

 

Add "no Special Summon, no using the added card this turn" to Coffin?

 

And HM Purge is like D-Draw...

 

Makes Coffin fine.

 

Well, we still have to test it. It might be the factor that makes Heavy Metal Dragons broken, or not. We'll see^^
