While your opponent controls a Spell/Trap Card, they cannot select this card as an attack target. Piercing

It's kind of fun. ALO makes it a Level 4. Reptile isn't terrible for it. Nothing deck-worthy, but funny.

I think that its ability is because it "goes invisible", and that would probably mean it's the like Legendary Fisherman where they can attack you directly. But it's possible that's not the case... it's hard to tell with these sorts of cards because their effects are sometimes conflicting with one another.

I don't like it. I like the look of the card, but it punishes your opponent for using Continuous or Field Spell cards... Though it could backfire I guess?

What's the rule on it? Is it the Earthbound Immortal ruling (can't attack at all if it's the only thing out) or the Legendary Fisherman (direct attacks are allowed if this is the only thing out) ruling?

Konami wont just make up their mind, instead of just BKSS-ing everything >__>

What does BKSS stand for? Blood King, Susa Soldier?
Effectivly its like this:
When a ruling makes no real sence, like in the case with Earthbounds vs Fisherman, then its a BKSS
Which stands for "Because Konami Says So"

According to the wording:

Legendary Fisherman: "Monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot select this card as an attack target."

Guardian Kay'est: "...cannot be attacked by your opponent's monsters"

Earthbound Immortals: "Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target"

This card: "...[your opponent] cannot select this card as an attack target"

Based on wording alone, this card should have the same ruling as the Immortals. Kay'est and Fisherman, which have the same ruling, specify that monsters can't attack them, and the latter two place the limitation on your opponent. This still doesn't seem very logical.

WATER decks are terrible and will always be.

Hold the f***ing phone.

I went 5-3 at an Orlando Regionals with a pure WATER deck. Just because you don't have the skill to use certain cards does NOT mean that they are terrible.

Kay'est works like that, too? Well, it's a Guardian that isn't named Eatos, so...I plead ignoring stupid cards.
I blame you not reading my post that explicitly states Fisherman and Kay'est have the same ruling, while comparing their wording side by side with the topic card and the Immortals. But you're right, the non-Eatos Guardians are meh.

No, this explanation is very correct. +1 for you.

Legendary Fisherman and Guardian Kay'est cannot be attacked by the opponent's monsters.

Earthbound Immortals can be attacked by the opponent's monsters, but the opponent cannot declare an attack on them.

Again, its a friggin' BKSS
Again, not BKSS. The wordings are very specific as to what they affect. Fisherman and Kay'est state monsters cannot attack them. Earthbound Immortals states players cannot declare a target against them. In any case, evilfusion explained it just fine.
