OK After thinking about it for a minute or two here you have the first part of my Submittion

9 Cards

This card cannot inflict battle Damage to your opponent during a turn you use this effect. If this card would be removed from the field by your opponent (either by battle or by card effect)you can remove a FIRE monster in your hand instead.|

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Why the ATK is that weird? Just round it to 1900 or 2000. Effect is ok, but tell me, does the monster need to be still on the field to apply the ATK gain effect? Either way, ok.

Ack. Dunno. Sure, it requires to tribute exactly 8, but I'm curious. But seeing as the last effect steals only trigger effects... ok for now

Walking Shrink. OK I think. Multi-attack works even when it doesn't destroy the monster... whatever, ok.

@Chilla: Well that is the ATK of the original Performance of Sword but yeah Drop it to 1900. And yes the monster has to be there for the Effect to apply.

Also I might need help thinking on a balanced Fusion card that works for all of them.

Actually:

@Dae's fusion card:
"When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard destroy the equipped monster."
should be
"When this card is remove from the field destroy the equipped monster."

To prevent potential bouncing abuse. Currently, I think it's just with Falcon, but others could pop up.

IMO, Plasmatic Binding shouldn't be accepted because it's useless fluff, & Split Attack shouldn't be accepted since it isn't consistent enough to work yet, and leads to Lame Duck.

I think no, cuz it can be always Special Summoned
