People will start playing Book at situations where it is absolutely needed, not just for whatever as soon as they can activate it. Will be interesting. Sams might still be cool.[/s] scratch that I promised not to predict top decks. frog monarchs and fishes only lost a cold wave (not everyone ran it) but they also benefited from the restricting of book and warning. I will probably run them. trap stun will get a lot better because there will be only one book of moon to disrupt your plays after you use it. And that new substitoad wannabe <3 I feel that this time I won't have to do a lot of testing before deciding what I will run. list is f***ing messy, but I will live with it. Librarian does give the deck some hope but it's not comming very soon. Good thing is, I heard that the Chaos version works well with only 1 Dandy and 2 Debris so I might try playing it, but I don't like playing with it. So far, it seems like the only Excess monster effects were 0s so far (add 500 ATK, negate attacks), so removing the Overlay Units from an Excess monster shouldn't be devastating.
