I thought it was already stated that card is good. Not OMGbroken!!!11! but just [i]good[/i] -You Normal Summon and get to thin your Deck and don't loose advantage when Summoning REDRUM. -You Revive with Debris Dragon for Exploder Wing or Black Rose. -Ultimate Offering turns this card into a Rank 3 Xyz or even help bring out 2 Xyzs. ^I think its balanced personally. Summoning it and being able to immediately replace what used to be in your hand let's you easily drop a REDMD without losing advantage, instead of beforehand you'd be removing cards like Masked Dragon and such which would be useful for other plays such as getting to your Totem Dragon.
