Yusei should have used it more. He only used it once to stop Gatling Ogre and had it literally shot out of his hand during the second duel with Lotten. It's woefully ineffective for countering genuine issues in the meta, like Shi En, Tengu, Fishborg Blaster and so on. It can stop Flip Effects when a player Flip Summons, or Trigger effects from Black Rose, Trishula, and Monarchs. It can negate Continuous Effects during the opponent's turn. Photon Veil Return 2 LIGHT monsters from your hand to the Deck. Then, add up to 3 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monsters from your Deck to your hand. If you add 2 or more cards to your hand, they must have the same card name.
