He was in fact in denial that card crushes meant a thing and never revealed what his was. This was shortly before he got crushed by that Amazoness girl. Anyway, on the topic of Ra... WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO THIS?! Ra was the most powerful god card in the anime, by far. It was considered to be on a entirely different tier of the hierarchy and had a million and a half effects. So, how does this god compare to the anime? "This card cannot be Special Summoned". Wow. You just killed Ra's entire shtick. I seem to remember Marik's entire duel with Yugi had the strategy of "reuse Reborn as many times as possible". "You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card, and the Normal Summon cannot be negated. Nothing can be activated in response to the Summon". This is the same as Obelisk. "When this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay LP until you have 100 left, this card gains the same amount of ATK/DEF" This is again, fine. But how much attack does this thing have? Undefined value? Okay, so it's not searchable. Where does it set its ATK? ...nowhere. Unlike in the anime, this does not gain ATK based on the monsters you Tributed for it. Nor does it have the effect to Tribute a monster and gain its ATK. That means you're Tributing 3 monsters...for a monster with 0 ATK that cannot be Special Summoned...and its ATK is based on you dropping your LP to 100. "You can pay 1000 LP to destroy a monster". Great. Since you can only use your LP to pay for Ra when you Normal Summon it, you can either: 1) Leave Ra at 0 and destroy a monster. 2) Run LP gaining cards. Also, this doesn't have the effect Obelisk has to protect itself from targeting. This card would also be so much better if the LP -> ATK was an Ignition Effect, but it's obviously not so Phantom of Chaos can't have fun with this. So the card game took the ultimate god card and made it one of the crappiest OTK cards to ever exist. Thinking about running this anywhere? Use Beast King Barbaros. 3 Tributes there nets you a one-sided field nuke with a 3000 body that can be Special Summoned and can even be turned into a 1900 beater.
