Card is actually pretty good. Get an easy 3000 ATK beatstick (seriously I thought it would need 3+ materials or something... a lot of people did).

Attack for a couple of turns, then get rid of it via Tributes, costs, Creature Swap, etc.

Or you could Prime Material it for a little extra life, then use its Xyz materials for other card effects[/casual]

If the Level increase part can't happen because of, let's say, monster having Rank or target monster being flipped face-down, SS still happens. Both SS and Level increase are effects and are not bound to each other.

How did Shark end up with Number 30? If he ended up with Number 30, yet wants to protect Yuma, then does that mean Shark is no longer adversely affected by the influence of the numbers (since Shark protecting Yuma contrasts what Number 30's origin is about)?

Remember the other two significant Golem monsters with 3000 attack? Lava Golem and Grinder Golem? That should probably clue one in to what is going to happen.
