Examples of this are: W Nebula Meteorite, Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar, Daigusto Sphreeze, and, its namesake, Rekindling. Discuss.

Welche the crab
Thought Rekindling Syndrome was when a pro card is found and suddenly every FIRE monster should have 200 DEF or something.
Valkyrus
this in Jurracs <3 Dat Aeolo. But yeah, Lavals utilize this best. I don't think it's broken, it gives just the boost some decks need to be competitive.
-Lightray Daedalus-
It is the old history of "A card is as Broken as the targets it has" Certantly is not good card design...but...hell those that have them sometime don't have anythings else to do so...yeah
evilhorus
Similar to the now cured/renamed Sacred Crane syndrome. A cure is yet to be discovered.

CDDRodrigo
Sacred Crane Syndrome: Card is good but has no uses/practical/effective way of using it.
Konami saw it was good but impractical, and made a D-Draw, Limit Reverse, DARK, Warrior, with double it's effect version with the "drawback" of only getting it's eff if SS'ed from the grave
Althemia
Topic lacks Ojamagic. SERIOUSLY. OT: Rekindling's amazing. So good... and fyi, now rekindling's actually a very consistent deck.

This Account is Unplayable
Card's stupid card design. It's bad because the deck itself is awful, but if you can pull it off you basically win the game, which 9 times out of 10 takes luck, and now with new support for FIREs this is getting a lot more consistent, suppose you could say that this counters my first point, but it still stands as a broken card design-wise. No card should basically be "Synchro Summon 1 "Red Nova Dragon" from your extra deck".
Brinolovania
My deck has Rekindling Syndrome, and I don't give a s*** because Fortress makes me win. And the card is broke. And yeah.
