Shiina
So, I found my old tip cards... AN EASIER "MIRAGE KNIGHT" When "Dark Flare Knight" is destroyed as a result of battle you can search your Deck for "Mirage Knight" and Special Summon it. "Dark Flare Knight" is a Fusion Monster that has another Fusion Monster as one of its Fusion-Material Monsters. This makes it very hard to Fusion Summon it to the field. Luckily "Dark Flare Knight" is only a Level 6 monster, allowing you to Special Summon it with "Magical Scientist". Now you can easily get to your "Mirage Knight". Mirage Knight: Effect: Like the image isn't already big enough... Discuss Mirage Knight and Tip Cards.

~ P O L A R I S ~
If Magical Scientist were still legal it'd sure as hell be put to better use than conjuring up something as feeble as Mirage Knight. However, Scientist is banned and all posts above mine're terrible for their failure to recognize its being banned.
evilfusion
Dark Flare Knight and Mirage Knight are amusing, but far from good. Dark Flare requires Dark Magician and Flame Swordsman, but more likely Dark Magician + King of the Swamp, but for that effort, you may as well bring out Dark Paladin for the Spell negation than for the one-time 2800 + Honest. Imperial Iron Wall could help this card linger, but that's not really a surefire strategy.
Toffee.
Instant Fusion for Flem Swordsman -> Summon Dark Hex' and use it's effect -> Ram Flare into something -> Mirage runs over whatever the Opponent's monster was. Flip Iron Wall for lulz. Mirage Knight's artwork is beautiful.
Dr. Cakey
Only way to beat Five-Headed Dragon.
Bringerofcake
Imperial Iron Wall is god for this. Shame it's a Nomi.
Sleepy
Only way to beat Five-Headed Dragon.
but Dragon Master Knight killed F.G.D. before, and Honest killed F.G.D. atferwards too. OT: It's interesting. Other than what has already been said, it sounds nice that this card doesn't really state that it looses the ATK gained. Too bad that it's a nomi. It's funnier when you make it battle and also do Honest for +ATK x2

~British Soul~
[s]hmmm.....Homnest before Honest existed[/s]*shot* OT: twas an epic plot device
but Dragon Master Knight killed F.G.D. before.
yea, dontcha just love it when main characters combine their monsters to defeat the enemy.....[s]just like in Dragonball Z[/s]
-Berserker-
Does the ATK gain start a chain? Generally, that kind of effects do not. If it doesn't, I would play this in a deck that includes Angel
