Light Fairy / Effect
LV10 ?/?
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster and 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can declare 3 Card Names; reveal the top 3 cards of your Deck, add the declared card(s) to your hand, send the other cards to the Graveyard, and this card's ATK and DEF becomes the number of cards you added to your hand by this effect x 1000.

Non-Number 11, Big Eye for random shenanigans? O,o

....
Also, it's ATK can only reach a maximum of 3000 as each time you use the effect it's ATK will become a different value.

Wait, can you really not use this with Convulsion of Nature? The Lightsworn aspect was awful, but to run it with Nature and basically "draw 3 cards each turn" seems pretty solid to be honest.

The thing is that Nature shows only 1 top card, and you need to declare 3.

It's the new Norleras, powerful effect but no one is going to ever summon it because the summoning conditions are awkward. Like Norleras however, it makes a very interesting Phantom of Chaos target.

It's a possible +3 and it's not going to remain on the field longer than a turn anyway so PoC plays seem like the best way to use it. Could have an interesting build around it in something.

Could Work in lightsworn since they have Dragons and fairys

Simple enough

No. Just no.

This might actually be a nice tech in a Lightsworn deck that runs a copy or two of Phantom of Chaos though. Call JD, Lumina, Celestia or something else really key after you copy it. If you end up milling other stuff, eh it helps more than hurts in the long run but if you plus off of it, you get something major. If you mill Wulf in the process or already had him on the field, you can Xyz into Rank 4 of choice when done.

Something I think I'll try at the very least. Could end up really helping when it goes off properly.
