Any deck can tech in 3x Tour Guide and a Sangan + 3x Thunder King Raioh and some other light monster (most likely effect Veiler) with very little effort and main this with little inconsistency. I can say, at least in my own experiences, that while it's strong, it's not as game breaking as I thought it'd be. Again, own personal experiences and opinions.
