CDDRodrigo
Yes, it is a floater. It replaces itself. I still hate how you HAVE to summon SKY FIRE properly for this effect to be used.

[/quote] O.o eh? hows that since this card ignores its summoning conditions meaning it can be summoned either way, since its not a Synchro, Fusion or XYZ which in ruling terms can be summoned from the grave unless they summoned normally from the extra deck. This as an normal Effect monster shouldn't have this issuse even if it has listed summoning condition placed by its effect.

Lunar Origins
'Float?' The clown’s grin widened. 'Oh yes, indeed they do. They float! And there’s cotton candy...' And wait. You don't have to Summon SKYFIRE first, right? This allows you to go lolhi with 'em, from what I see.

It can ONLY be summoned by it's proper way. Flattop bypasses that limitation, but like all Nomis, you need to properly summon the monster before you can reborn it. There are three types of monsters regarding their summons: Nomi: Restricted to only 1 way to summon themselves (SKY FIRE, Astro Mekanikle, Dark Armed Dragon). Those are identified by the wording "and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways". Semi-Nomi: They can be special summoned by other ways, but only after summoning them properly (Black Luster Solder - Envoy of the Beginning, Chaos Sorcerer, all Synchros, Fusions, Rituals and Xyz monsters that don't have an imprinted summon restriction). Pseudo-Nomi (credit to evilfusion): Those just can't be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon them at any time due a card effect or it's own effect. (Wulf, Lightsworn Beast, Rare Metal Dragon). The rest is regular monsters.
This Account is Unplayable
"Ignoring the summoning conditions" essentially turns Semi-Nomis into a regular monster, and Nomis into Semi-Nomis, so SKY FIRE must be summoned properly first, since it's a nomi. Toffee.
Look, guys, the whole "Nomi" clause is total BS, as evidenced by Ancient Gear Golem. Regardless, Flattop literally helps you to Summon SKYFIRE easier, so you should hardly worry about SKYFIRE's conditions in the first place. Oh, and it would have been pretty cool if Black Salvo was a 'Reactor' monster.
Alice Moonflowyr
Nomis and Seminomis make my head spin. Are Konami trying to make SKY FIRE.dek viable again? It isnt working....
Bringerofcake
Flatty is my favorite Dark Synchro, hands down. He just keeps spitting out 2000 beaters like there's no tomorrow, and I love it.
Azuh
Sky Fire needs to be reprinted with Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Can only be Special Summoned by the effects of "Summon Reactor SK" or "Dark Flattop" and cannot be Special Summoned in other ways
