Darj Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 If I could tell Konami which Archetype to support with the next packs, I would go for Cloudians. With the introduction of Xyzs, they can now potentially spam both Rank 1 and 4 Xyz monsters: the Cloudians with the disruptive effects are Level 4, Storm Dragon Special Summons itself, and, with enough Fog Counters, Turbulence can spam Smoke Balls; even a Rank 1 Xyz that requires 2 monsters instead of 3 would be of great help for them right now. In my opinion, what they need is a card that generates Fog Counters faster than "Ghost Fog" or "Cloudian Squall", their own "Stratos"/RoTA, and/or a "Cloudian" that allows you to perform an additional Normal Summon. Another archetype I think is just 1 or 2 cards from becoming good are "Koa'ki Meirus". They can already swarm with Urnight and Summoner Monk, and the "Koa'kis" can be used for Xyz Summons if they were to be destroyed by their own effects. If only "Core Transport Unit" didn't have a cost. I would like to see "AoJ" and "Genex" support as well, but chances are that they would need a few more cards to take them to the next level. I remember the LAST time they said they were going to give "new support" to an old Archetype, and I'm sure Cyber Shield did WONDERS for them.
