Well, technically, as prime is defined as a number that can only be reached with the natural numbers of 1 and itself, 1 both is and isn't prime. My number now, however, is prime. My number now, however, is prime. Trust me, I've learned that there are a lot of math theorems that rely on 1 not being prime. Unique Prime Factorization is one of them.
