I just realized this combos with reaper into a theoretical free +0 Xyz though that would take some set-up.

However still don't like it. Every time I draw it I want to punch a baby and every time I use its effect I die a little inside knowing that those three books could have been Junon bullets or recycled via La Maison.

Outside of that, it's pretty bad. Not enough to warrant a tin reprint one set later.

Except this is the Devil, so Fiend would make sense, given the fact that the TCG doesn't like the word "Devil".

The Devil and the Destroyer are a lot closer in their meaning (in the case of the Arcana) than Fiend.

Moving on from the keywords, it traditionally deals with addictions, vices, and other things we tie ourselves down to. The only remotely destructive thing about the Devil tarot, beyond self-destructing, is the fact that giving it pretty much means losing yourself.

Fiend seems like it would be just as apt, if not moreso, than Destroyer.

I love it and I think the card is really good except when you open it and if you don't like it odds are you're not playing the variant right
