To think I can Tribute Summon an indestructible +0 and that cards like Needle Ceiling, Torrential, and Dark Hole, can be used to clear up just the opposing side. Macro Monarchs could use it, but I like the anti-meta simplicity of Skill Drain. Has anyone else noticed that the background of this card is a devastated urban skyscape? Anywho I made Chance Fromat Macro Monarchs just for this card and I was pissed when it didn't come out yet. Meaning I'll be making Macro Monarchs. [/quote] It could be a joke that he is the worst of all the Monarchs, but with this card backing him up compared to the others not having it, he is stronger than them.
