What would Konami possibly be thinking by writing the effect that way. Perhaps it could mean "either effect"? They correlate together too well to be exclusive like that. [/quote] There are only two forms of this text: "You can only use [b]this[/b] effect of [Card Name] once per turn." which applies to the effect preceding that line and "You can only use [b]the[/b] effect of [Card Name] once per turn." where it simply means an effect of a card. Generally the latter is used with cards having only one effect, so I suppose for it to have two effects and that wording is what's throwing everything off. Because I remember perfectly when people still thought that Laval Handmaiden couldn't chain to herself and Wikia went with it because of a mistranslation like that, if I'm not mistaken. [/quote] I got the info from NeoArkCradle, not the wiki, it was just like a month ago when I saw it. The wiki is rolling with THE RULINGS DEPARTMENT Q&A and the RULINGS HOTLINE. It's not a mistranslation, as the site I linked to was the Japanese Q&A and the Rulings Hotline is also in Japan. This has nothing to do with translations. I'm seriously considering imploding the Konami Yu-Gi-Oh! Rulings Department building or wherever the people/person responsible for it is based right now.
