They should bring him and his buddies to 3 so all the little kids out there can pester their parents to buy 2 more of each and then fail epicly with 3 right legs, a left arm and a left leg, only to topdeck another left leg.

Besides, any smart person wouldn't dare run more than 2 of each, you've already got 10 dead draws at that. The only reason I can see for it is to fit in with the anime. But really? There was four Blue-Eyes White Dragons, that's not at 4 this format, is it? Heck, or any other format?

So. Five pieces to 3.

Speaking on design, it's decks are either stall or mass drawing. It's a boring opponent and it's a one-trick pony as the user... it's bad and shouldn't exist.
Though ignoring that factor, it's a deck that's not winning, and the option would be there....

I don't like Exodia decks, but I guess that's no excuse. Worth experimenting?

It's ALWAYS hialours when you Exchange your opponent to take a piece of their Exodia. They just slowly crumble away after that. ANYWAY I wouldn't mind this card being at 3, but that just means running three of each piece will allow you to use the extra pieces without fear of having to recover them. It would be interesting . . . but I doubt it has even be considered.

Doesn't having 3 of these just give you an increased chance of winning on the first turn? or does having 3 of each actually make it harder for you?

It gives you a bigger chance of drawing a piece on the first turn and drawing a piece in general, but a much less chance of drawing the pieces you need since every copy after the 1st one of each one is a dead draw.
