Real effect: When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the original ATK of the destroyed monster. If "Number 105: Burning Knuckler Cestus the Meteor" is attached to this card as an Xyz Material, this card gains this effect. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that target, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. Organized Chaos Posted January 13, 2013 Report Share Posted January 13, 2013 Why do nearly all the Chaos Xyzs do Burn damage? Just seems a bit repetitive. OT: Probably one of the better Chaos Xyzs. The fact that it isn't once per turn is a bit bananas but if anything, it's easier to simply summon Volcasaurus then you don't need to run Barian's Magic or Cesteus. Astral is an Astral. 3. Know Yuma is going to use it someday over a regular Number like Shock Ruler or Genome Heriter. EDIT- Turns out that the info is fake ( thank you ). Given how you'd have to go into a 3 Material Rank 4 and have Barians force in hand. Without dedicating your deck for it, when would you ever summon it? [/quote] To be fair, it's not gonna be Summoned that way, but the option being there can make up for some "achievement unlocked" moments. Something for videogames, puzzles, or just for saying "Lol I Summoned it the right way". It doesn't hurt to leave that open. Plus, it saves them space.
