At least it only gets to use only one of:
A. Get to Summon
B. Get second eff
or
C. Get Banish eff

Otherwise, Tempest would be f***ing insane in Dragunities, from the look. Might be wild even still, but Mystelt-I MAKE ATUM makes me not 100%. Dropping Tempest and w/e to search REDRUM doesn't seem that bad at all when it gives you a free beater later on.

EDIT: Oh, that's also a good thing because the summon is an EFFECT not inherent.

Would it be worth using Poki Draco + Blaster as pseudo-Gadget engine? I mean, Poki's effect can easly compensate for the minus you will get with Blaster's discarding effect. You can also make plays with Flamvell f***ing Dragnov, actually: banish Dragnov and a FIRE monster you control - preferably, a dead Poki, but a Blaster may serve in a occasional situation, since it can search for another copy of itself), add 1 Dragnov that can be fuel to Blaster.

Okay so these guys interact with each other in such a way that running three of each can constitute a Deck by itself. That's dangerous.
[/quote]

But running them solely for that purpose is, at best, inconsistent. They're pretty much techs for certain Decks; the WATER Dragon can ditch Dragoons just in case you don't have an Undine ready, and the WIND Dragon is pretty much Harpie's new play toy.

Burial from a Different Dimension and Return from the Different Dimension also become not s***.

Sure thing.
I love how they correspond to the Attribute supporting sets. Makes for a nice matchup for the Elemental Lords.

Oh I just realized how these combo with the sword card. Geeze, these things are amazing.

Holy…
Oh yeah, and "7 stars" represents the seven attributes…
Very much doubt there will be a DIVINE version. Mainly due to there being no targets except itself and DIVINE being such an uncommon Attribute.

Terribly overthought and incredibly inelegant design. I don't really understand why these sort of cards exist. Do too much, are annoyingly self-fulfilling and are just generally badly thought out.

On the other hand, they are competitively viable. And competitively abusable.
