For Witch: DN has 99 pages of Effect Monster Targets, 25 pages of Normal Monster Targets, and 13 ritual monster topics. Yeah, around 2000 cards which are fairly dense with very potent boss monsters and many Sangan targets is totally comparable to less than 1560 targets is totally comparable. OT: This thing can't come back. Low DEF is one of the few ways that Konami even tries to balance their over the top bosses. The thumbnail only shows the picture of Horn of the Phantom Beast because he mentioned it without actually saying its whole name when talking about Rescue Rabbit and Fire Fists, thus an image helping to show what card he meant, not because he was saying it was going on the ban list.
