Blake
Fiend/Effect Once per turn, you can discard 1 card and declare a Monster Card name. If that card is in your opponent's Deck or Extra Deck, Special Summon it to your side of the field, ignoring the Summoning conditions. 0/
Wildflame
If you ignored the "ignoring the Summoning conditions" part, it would be..., no so broken. Maybe even printable.

Master of Sabers
No. Please, god no. This card alone would revolutionize the game to a point where it's no longer even remotely the same.

Not-so-Radiant Arin
....With no Materials? Laggia and Utopia won't have any materials either, as other people have said in this thread.
Toffee.
Regardless, the card trolls pretty hard if you know what the Opponent is using.
evilfusion
You dont even need to know what the opponent is using most of the time. "BLS - Envoy" *yoink* "Number 39: Utopia" *yoink* "Any Level 4 monster your Deck runs" *yoink, Xyz Summon* "(Neo)Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" *...go to hell*
Aerion Brightflame
Moulinglaca... I can't think of much worse than that. It will never ever ever ever be printed without getting nerfed a lot.

They'd have no materials so they'd either be a 2.4k beatstick or a glass cannon 2.5K beater. OT: Yeah this is ridiculous and would probably be a Side Deck staple. Declare BLS and wreck face. Utopia evolves into Ray. They don't have a Utopia to use. Call Laggia. They no longer have at least 1 of their Laggia(s) to make.

They no longer have at least 1 of their Laggia(s) to make. I see what you're saying but why waste the play. Why not go for something better. Stopping my opponent from going into one of their Utopia or Laggias seems like a wasted play in my book. Especially when there are much better plays that can be made given that this thing says piss off to summoning conditions.
Ren✧
First thing that popped into my mind was Stardust. So many decks run him at 1. So taking him from your opponent not only gives you a Stardust but also makes Starlight Road either a useless face-down or a dead draw. In a match this card would kill in the second and possibly third rounds, just because you now have a pretty good idea of what your opponent's deck is. So definitely overpowered, if it were to be released needs to be knocked down to Limited and get rid of the 'ignoring all Summoning conditions'

Just Crouton
I'm assuming you don't even have to know the monster's name. "I call that Level 8 Karakuri Synchro with 2 swords that appears to be towering over something."
