Stops bullshit Xyzing, but most of the decks out there don't need it. Though, this basically gives Dragons and Mermails a way to say: No Ophion for you. You can Synchro with it or just Tribute it for any means that you please (Tribute summoning a LaDD in Incarnates for example).
