It's a completely chainable 1 for 1 removal plus draw. There is a number of options, but first that comes to mind is a Big Eye in Incarnate Dragons using the help of Debris Dragon. This card is completely and utterly dead unless you Synchro Summoned and then used it for an Xyz Summon, and that Xyz didn't die or use its effect with that Material. In exchange, you get to banish 1 card on the Field and draw 1. It's a potential +1, but so conditional you shouldn't run it. There are better ways to deal with opposing cards. This could work in X-Sabers due to the massive amount of level 6 Xyzs they can bring out, but I'm not so sure about running it, as it can be very... dead.
