Jace Beleren
You can discard 4 other "Mermail" monsters to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand. When you do: Target cards your opponent controls, up to the number of "Mermail" monsters in your Graveyard (if possible); this card gains 500 ATK, and if it does, destroy those targets (if any). You can Tribute 1 other face-up Attack Position "Mermail" monster; this card gains the following effect this turn. ● At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a Defense Position monster: Destroy that monster. Sora1499
Literal trash. If it discarded *up to* 4 *WATERs*, then maybe it'd be ok as a 1-of.
Master Hyperion
The nuke effect doesn't even trigger even if it gets compulsed during its summon, since it doesn't gain ATK when it leaves the field, and needs to gain ATK in order to nuke. so painfully bad
~British Soul~
Not worth the effort to summon him at all.

swag swag swag swag swag s
4 cards. Sides are in orbit lel Absolutely horrible, what did they think when they made this? Would still be "bad" if it was discard 3 for it
Althemia
Should have been discard 4 WATERs, then been a Sea Serpent. Would have had a place in the deck then.
L0SS
Should have been discard 4 WATERs, then been a Sea Serpent. Would have had a place in the deck then. True say. In it's current state, it's going to be dead about 90% of the time (calculation may not be accurate). It doesn't even have an effect that would really warrant more than one copy, even if it was a WATER discard cost.

Sora1499
Derp. Why is that thing "of Darkness" anyways? There's nothing Dark about it! It'd have been fine as "Orca Mega-Fortress">

-Berserker-
For some reason, this and Abyssteus are Aqua instead of Sea Serpent. The TCG desing guys didn't get that the big monster ones were to be Sea Serpents, the girl-looking ones Aqua, and the guy-looking ones Fish. It looks so cool. If I ever have the bad luck of pulling one, it will have a permanent spot inside my binder.
Toffee.
Someone photoshop it into Abyss Ballin' with a basketball. Then it's effect becomes:You can slam 4 other Ballin players to the locker; Space Jam this baller to the court. When you do: Jam with any other ballin players on the Opponent's team, up to the number of Slammin and Jammin players in your locker (if possible); this Slam-jammer gains 500 points, and if it does, dunk those other players(if any). You can dunk another Ballin basketball on your side of the count; this Slam-Jammer gains the ability to do a Cosmic Dunk:●At the start of each quarter, if this card dunks an Opposing defender: Slam-Jam that monster. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I think they just don't know what to make whales, because they're also not fish like Fortress Whale is. Maybe the type "sea serpent" is more of a title, since they're not truly dragons (Sea Dragons in the OCG).

玄魔の王
At lest I understand why Abyssteus isn't a Sea Serpent (avoid extended Dragoons shenanigans), but this thing is awful. Should be 4 WATER, Sea Serpent and 1000 boost.
Azuh
What this card should've done was to allow as many discards as the player wishes too do.

-Berserker-
Why does such a terrible monster come equipped with such an awesome hammer? It's not just the hammer. It's the general position of the guy and the camera. It's effect will never be used.
Toffee.
Because he's ballin'Uses a hammer to play baseball...in'On-Topic:It's effect will never be used.Cuz' it had so much going for it, and yet, could never achieve it.I mean, yea, Abyssbalaen still retains the same Johnny aspect that a lot of the Mermails already do, but it falls just short of actually being able to do anything :/Shame, really... As it would actually be pretty cool if it were at least a Sea Serpent(as mentioned earlier).
