DARK/Warrior Level 8

3000/2500

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by having the same number of LIGHT and DARK monsters in your Graveyard and banishing all monsters of one of those attributes. While face-up on the field, this card is also treated as LIGHT-attribute. When Special Summoned, you can activate the effect corresponding to the attribute of the monsters banished to summon this card. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

LIGHT: Banish one monster on the field.

DARK: Banish one random card from your opponent's hand face-down until the End Phase.

Trash/10

Not worth the dedication to try and summon it imo. It's a 3000 beater sure, but it actually takes at least some dedication in order to get the amount of L/Ds in your Grave to be the same amount.

It's simultaneously harder and easier to get out, as you simply need 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard at minimum, but only have to banish 1 (preferably the LIGHT one).

But it's almost not worth getting out, considering what it does.

Chaos Sorcerer does the job infinitely better, just with lower stats.
...Does this mean BLS is getting the banhammer in September?

I hope it does. It could also possibly mean Chaos Sorcerer is getting nixed, as well.

A no Special Summoning effect would have been nice, given the fact that it's hard-ish to get out and that the Meta is just way too fast.

Guys, it has a single solitary horn on it's head.
Guys, it has wings growing out of the back of it's armor.
Guys, it has a stylishly braided ponytail.
Guys, it's the underling of both LIGHT and DARK.
Guys, it's armor is half dragon half bird.
Guys, it has 'Twilight' in it's name.

Oh, and if you counted, I just made 6 main reasons why I would play it.

Spike is mine.
Also, all 6 of my reasons are partial MLP jokes. Not just the ones you highlighted.

ANYWAY.....

Considering you can run Ebony and Ivory, and then random stuff like Freed the Wandering General/Strike Ninja(I said random); How this card could be hard to Summon is beyond Me.

Honestly this card is kinda meh. This is one of those cards that is great in the early game around turn 1 to 3-5 but in mid to late game it becomes a big pain in the neck. It is kinda like DAD in that way, but unlike DAD, which only requires you to keep track of DARKs at a set number, this card requires you to keep track of 2 attributes and make sure they are set equally. With the new Gaia's sure you can now manipulate your Lights and Darks easier, but still doesn't make this thing easy to drop in mid to late game. On top of that it can require a lot of effort for little pay off as it isn't a game winning drop with the battle phase skip or the mehish effect.

This card is... weak. And for a chaos monster, that is saying a lot(you know what I mean). It is not worth summoning at all. If it was like "banish all cards your opponent controls" or something similar, I will be interested in using it. But, if this card's release bans this card's CLUSTERFCK OF A BROTHER, ...then I will be :D

When you see this thread from the entire forum (where it gets cut off before we can tell it isn't BLS-EotB we're talking about) and the last post is SDT, you can't help but think he's posting that EotB should be @2.

OT: I think I mentioned a BLS-like monster who had the same requirements and ATK as EotB but no effect before, and this is a lot like it. It's just that the requirements are being pretty stubborn. Then, of course, there's the whole extra effect depending on what Attribute you banish. At least it can hit facedown monsters, but it's still really eh.
