Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material on your side of the field, then target 1 Xyz Monster on field; decrease that target's Rank by 1, also it loses 300 ATK. Other then that, it's nothing special and there's better cards that give greater attack boosts/reductions and provide better effects. Not impressed. Cute Rotten Yoshika Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 Gaia has the same ATK, so what would be the point? gaia can attack and gains piercing. a big drawback to big eye is the fact that its 2600 is dead most of the time since it cant attack. s: OT: when it was INCREASE it seemed neat in oni zombies. finally a way to use pearl without getting blue-blooded oni stuck on it. but now its no good. evilfusion Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 Only thing I can think of is Rank-Up Magic. Which is fitting with all those CXyz being released soon. But even then, they tend to get effects when a specific monster is a Material. C106 was the first one in the right direction with a more generic method of getting its effect (any Number). Maybe it's an anti-Xyz combo using things like Xyz Territory, so an opponent's Xyz gains less of a boost. But that's not really worth an Overlay Unit.
