The Graveyard being a second deck does not hurt this cards playability at all. You will be in numerous situations where you wish you had Void instead of Trix Trap Hole, Trix Trap Hole instead of Void, and sometimes this instead of both of them. It is very versatile card (making sure your opponent doesn't snap a big one at you). However, now that the graveyard has kinda become the "second deck", it has become less powerful. However, running this in a Gravekeeper's deck is very good. Necrovalley makes it very difficult to use your "2nd deck", and Gravekeeper's are more about defense and using effect damage than offence. I just went back from a tournament, and because of the limitation of all the better traps I found myself using this at 3 in my side deck. it was pretty nice against constellar, anti meta and monarch, which I used it against, and supposingly against Bw although I didn't get to duel against one. I guess other that that it will be ok to use with trap trix, I don't know if mained, but I do remember they have a small problem of lack of trap holes, so maybe this can be a filler or something?
