X-Metaman
Sinister Yorishiro Each turn 1 Level 5 or higher Fiend-Type monster you Normal Summon can be Summoned wihout Tributing. If exactly 1 Normal Summoned/Set Level 5 or higher Fiend-Type monster (and no other cards) would be destroyed, you can send this card to the Graveyard instead. Archfiend Giant If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can pay 500 Life Points instead. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. If this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Archfiend" monster from your hand. Article: https://yugiohblog.konami.com/articles/?p=5607 Well this was unexpected support for Fiends. Also Archfiend Giant works with Archfiend Commander. Blake
Note that the trap has no Level cap, hence Emissary of Pandemonium on it. As well as Ha Des and Vanity's fiend.
Just Crouton
Nice. Giant has up to 2 lives, then replaces himself with another Giant. So many other nice targets, too.
Toffee.
Giant's artwork looks familiar.Yorish looks pretty cool in it's own right BECAUSE it lacks a level cap.
玄魔の王
If we get Commander in Shadow Specters, prices be damned I'll make the deck
~British Soul~
So with the reveal of these 2 cards, there's only 1 more non-Noble Knight TCG exclusive spot left. If we get Commander in Shadow Specters, prices be damned I'll make the deck I would rather we get Commander in SHSP than as a JUMP promo tbh. I know a couple of guys at locals who are after Archfiends.
Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
Giant is good because you always end up with spare Archfiends in your hand due to constant Heiress dumping. That and it resists Commander's effect, is a target for it using Palabyrinth and Commanders other effect. All in all it's a very solid card. Not sure about 3, cause it might clog, but definitely 1-2. The trap is also good, preventing those awful End Phase First Lord self-destructs, and the other effect protects my boss monsters. Probably to be run at 2 as well. Also works with Vanity's Fiend, which is a big bonus.
newhat
Chaos Hunter for Dragon Rulers. The End of Anubis for Mermail and Dark World. Vanity's Fiend for everything. Also Fabled Dianaira. Ccapac Apu for giggles and Rank 10 spam with Exodius. The Wicked Avatar
evilfusion
I love that Trap. It has so much use just because Fiends have some excellent monsters that are harder to use due to being high Level and no SS abilities. Heck, even Tragoedia and Gorz could use it. Synchronized
Trap is good but not in archfiends.
玄魔の王
Trap is good but not in archfiends. Right, because there's absolutely no reason to summon First Lord at full power and not have him die at the end of the turn...
newhat
Archfiends have a lot of small plays to make that don't require Tributes.

玄魔の王
Archfiends have a lot of small plays to make that don't require Tributes. This is for bigger plays. Bring First Lord or Empress to the board for free allows for huge power plays.

Synchronized
Right, because there's absolutely no reason to summon First Lord at full power and not have him die at the end of the turn... Been playing the Deck for almost 3 months now IRL, topped every single event I've played and tried almost every possible tech I could think of; not saying this in any bragging sense but rather I know the Deck inside and out and I'd much rather summon Genesis, let him go to Grave, and then revive him later in the turn with Cavalry/CotH for +'s off the opponent's MST/Tornado and/or let him stay there for a revival with Empress next turn. Then again I play a build of the Deck that is different from the Commander-centric one, so maybe I'm totally wrong. Just think personally the Trap is slow and unnecessary. I do like Giant, however as a 1 of.
玄魔の王
Sadly... it's a JUMP promo. Yeah, I saw that. Glad I'm subscribed.
Sleepy
The Trap is plain amazing. Old school Fiends have always been filled with heavy high-Level cards that now are Normal Summonable. I'd use Lesser Fiend now, looking at how it requires no Tributes, has Archfiend support, is a Fusion Material, and has a decent effect. Need to make that work. Also, tempted to use it with Invader of Darkness, just because I have the secret rare. Yubel also kinda thanks this card.
The Warden
Just saying, if you NS Yubel, you're doing it wrong.

evilfusion
Even if the Trap doesn't help Archfiends specifically, it's still a really cool card that could help out those old Fiends.
Sleepy
Just saying, if you NS Yubel, you're doing it wrong. Tomato is obviously a thing, and dumping effects + Limit Reverse too. However, I'm just saying. You do get to sometimes draw into her, and it's secondary effect helps a bit when you want to have a say in keeping Yubel 2 or protecting Yubel 3 for whatever reason. Soooo you know. Just an option randomly thrown out there.
