Matches
So I was browsing some of the latest cards and just happened to come across this guy. I think he has a rather fun effect and I love the idea of monsters having a random "10" in their ATK points and effects. Opinions? 3 Level 4 LIGHT monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If your opponent's Life Points are at least 3000 higher than yours: You can detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card, then pay Life Points so that you only have 10 left; destroy all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls, and if you do, banish them, then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster banished this way. Azuh
Card is so gimmicky that it makes Utopia Ray look even better than it actually is

玄魔の王
Just for fun, I designed a Six Sam deck using Backs to the Wall to bring this and Ray out. So trolly.

Vision Magician
I wonder if someday this card will be seen in competitive play.
the_engineer
It's not even worth using as a final stand monster, since your opponent will probably have a normal summoned monster. Oh, and not to mention magic cylinders and dimensional prisons...

Pros: Field nuke, CAN beat over Stardust/Spark Dragon and the likeCons: Utopia isn't run anymore-welpActually I thinking more along the lines of the fact it only removes Special Summoned monsters, given the fact it has a rather ridiculous cost. Sleepy
But guys, it's 10 points bigger than Ray, so it's a better beatstick at the very least. I dislike how it requires you to be losing by that big of a margin.

I dislike how it requires you to be losing by that big of a margin. It's very easy to get to that point. Upstart Goblin, Hope For Escape, and now Xyz Change Tactics can help it along. Also, this thing is so trolly with Soul Strike. Best case scenario is to have three set, and then: -Activate this (LP: 10) -Soul Strike 1 (LP: 5) -Soul Strike 2 (LP: 2) -Soul Strike 3 (LP: 1) -Total boost: 3999*3 = 11997 -Total ATK: 14497 U mad bro? Cobalt2
If you wanted, could you overlay this over Utopia Roots, since the card says "Number 39: Utopia" and roots shares that part of the name?
The Warden
No it wouldn't, otherwise the card would say a "Number 39: Utopia" monster

goddamnit names are a pain
Well, I doubt people will play this much due to the tricks you have to pull of to use it. 1. This card activates against Dragon Rulers. Lololololz. 2. I play this card just because it looks awesome. Like a boss.
Wildflame
The only reason to play this is to screw the LP count with weird numbers.
heraldry_lord
I guess this is a possible option in Self-Destruct Button, since Wall of Revealing Light is still at 1.
Just Crouton
>2510 The funny part about it being called "Utopia One" and it's ATK and effect is that the last zero doesn't matter. Ever. 10 LP is really 1.
