It gives you the ability to get rid of an opposing threat while not taking up your Normal Summon like Volcanic Queen or Lava Golem-Basically, this.I mean, just the fact it doesn't eat your Normal Summon, on top of doing the same job as those former cards... It's a poor idea as the only source of removal/defense. Grand Mole can do the same thing on its own, but the above strategy is also gradually removing your opponents' resources without costing you anything. Exiled Force can do none of those things. This is also a DARK so in instances where you might side it (Monarchs, Zombies, etc.) It goes with the theme.
