OT: Seems like they're trying to bring Normal Monsters back into the fold with a few of these new monsters, but only time will tell if they succeed in that regard. OT#2: So, this could potentially go into a Rank 3, or a Level 4/5/6 Synchro Monster if you SS a Normal Tuner... huh.... Also, random 100 A/D Boost is random.
