Tentacruel
So I don't have an umbrella and was caught unprepared by a torrent of rain. Rushed over to the school library and decided to get a cup of hot tea, instead of the usual iced tea or coffee. "Cream and sugar?" "Yeah, sure," I replied without hesitation. But wait, I didn't order coffee. Cream and sugar? What an odd thing to ask. So now, here I am, in the library, with only a disgusting skin-colored liquid to keep me company. So beverages. I, being an American, enjoy iced tea and coffee, but also like hot tea, perhaps even more so than coffee. I drink soda, but am trying to phase that out of my diet. Other than that, I drink water. No alcohol, at least not yet. So YCM, humor me.
Northern Sage
Various forms of soda plus water and (chocolate) milk are my main sources of hydration. Tea on occasions.

Rodrigo
I do not drink alcohol of any form. In Brazil, you're allowed to buy alcoholic beverages at the age of 18 onwards, but I chose to never try it. All my friends keep trying to get me to drink, but I always refuse. There must be a reason for that, you might be asking. And there is. All my uncles from my dad's side, including himself, drink a lot, and some of them smoke too. This has caused a lot of trouble for us, especially for my mother. My dad stopped smoking 7 years ago but he still goes to the bar everyday and drinks 2 to 3 shots of pure vodka. He never gets violent with us, but he spouts a lot of nonsense and my mom really gets annoyed by it, and me too, so it causes our family to be separated instead of united. Of course, I could end up not getting addicted to alcohol if I tried it, and I could not have major mental disorders either, but I do not want to take this risk. As for the drinks I like, orange juice and Pepsi Twist are my favorites. I like tea and milk too.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Literally. Just. Goodness. Tea. I'm drinking one right now. Then I'm going to attempt to drink that. PG Tips and Punjani tea are the best I think. I do like the occasional Mocha or Hot Chocolate, but only occasionally. When I'm out like. I too don't touch alcohol, only for special occasions like Christmas do I have something.
Mugendramon
Tap water and the occasional soft drink. Chocolate milk in the morning because tea has betrayed me far too many times in the past.

chairman ali
Water is the chief of all drinks. I do indulge in 2 Litres of milk a day because I am bulking and I don't like eating a lot. So milk is a good substitute for more calories and protein.
Tentacruel
At home now, with a proper cup of tea. I like tea. Water is the chief of all drinks. I do indulge in 2 Litres of milk a day because I am bulking and I don't like eating a lot. So milk is a good substitute for more calories and protein. http://www.reddit.com/r/gainit
chairman ali
http://www.reddit.com/r/gainit Nah. I've done more research. I'm a Pescatarian so most of what people suggest don't work with me. I've gotten some good gains just by doing calisthenics/gymnastics. Most of the stuff on the internet isn't researched properly so I'd watch out what you believe; especially on reddit. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Mornings, I have a 8-oz glass of milk considering I don't drink coffee. If I'm not lazy/tired in mornings, maybe I'll throw strawberry syrup in there. Outside of that, fruit punch and Sprite are my usual soft drinks (trying to cut the amount I drink of them down) and some water. No Red Bull or those other drinks for me. Northern Sage
Oh yeah, I also don't drink alcohol or coffee. I really don't like the smell of coffee and I don't like stuff flavored by it generally. Alcohol honestly because I think it's too much trouble. Frunk
At least 3 litres of water a day, filtered and chilled. Protein shakes (BSc) for that extra 10% with full cream milk. Soft drink occasionally. Beer occasionally, socially. It's nothing amazing. Being drunk isn't amazing. Hangovers are terrible.I dislike hot drinks. Iced coffee is all right every once in a while. Tourmaline
I prefer ozonated water to all other forms of it and will not drink it otherwise. I also do enjoy various soft drinks.... As a side-effect of my dermatophagia, I very often draw blood and taste it. Many people have shown a disdain at the apparently metallic-tasting substance, but my own blood tastes...delicious. I love the taste of blood. I also do enjoy the taste of flesh. This is sincere, by the way. It honestly tastes like red meat to me. Perhaps the protein, but amazing and rich nonetheless.
