Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 "Batteryman" monsters from your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Thunder-Type monster from your Graveyard to target 1 Monster and 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field; destroy those targets. Attempted PSCT, unsure if right. Anyways, I actually am liking it as a tech in post-DUEA Hunder. Being a searchable +2 (or scrap dragon) is really nice because by the time you have 2 9V in grave you don't really have targets left for them anyways, and Sea Horse is just as dead in grave.
