Spell Card

Choose and reveal 1 Psychic-Type Monster, 1 Spell Card, and 1 Trap Card from your Deck, your opponent randomly chooses 1 of them to add to your hand and the rest are shuffled into the Deck. If your opponent chose the monster, you can Special Summon it instead. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then return 2 Psychic-Type Synchro Monsters from your Graveyard to your Extra Deck.

Quick-Play Spell

If you control 2 or more monsters of different names with the same word (or set of words) in their name, you can Special Summon 1 Normal monster of the same Attribute and Type as those monsters from your hand or Graveyard, and if you do, add that word(s) to the Summoned monster's name. You can only activate 1 "Join the Family" per turn.

 

(Turn Sky Scout into a proper Harpie if you actually run Harpie Girl, and puts another Level 4 body on board. Gimmick potential!)

(I was thinking of this being a Duel Terminal lore card, actually, at least in terms of art- the surviving Gusto tribe, embracing Winda now that she's been freed from Shaddoll possession, maybe even with Wynn there because she is technically Winda's younger sister, older than her now because apparently becoming a Shaddoll halts the aging process)

When a monster you control is destroyed by battle, Special Summon that monster, then Special Summon 1 monster, form your deck, with the same level, attribute, and type, but with a different name. Both monster's effects are negated, also, you cannot summon another monster this turn, except with the same attribute as the summoned monsters. You can only activate 1 "Reunion in Tears" per turn.

Pendulum Effect - If you Synchro Summon a "Speedroid" Synchro monster, you can Special Summon this monster from your Pendulum Zone, and increase this monster's ATK by half the original ATK of that Summoned monster. The first time a "Speedroid" monster you control is destroyed in a turn, you can add 1 "Speedroid" Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand.

1 "Speedroid" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

If this monster attacks, you can Special Summon 1 of your banished "Speedroid" monsters, and if you do, increase this monster's ATK by the ATK of that Summoned monster until the end of the Damage Step. If this monster attacks and inflicts no Battle Damage, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower WIND Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. If this monster in a Monster Card Zone is destroyed, you can move it to an unoccupied Pendulum Zone.

Okay, before I get to the prompt, some help with your card terms:

FIRE, WATER, EARTH, LIGHT, WIND, DARK, DIVINE: those are Attributes, not Types. Dragon, Spellcaster, and Rock are Types.

It's Xyz, not XYZ. The latter refers to the pioneer of Contact Fusion.

 

Blight of Nephroceae

●The turn player discards 2 cards.

●The turn player destroys 2 cards they control.

●The turn player banishes 2 cards from their Graveyard.
