~British Soul~
Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect Can be Ritual Summoned with any “Necloth” Ritual Spell Card. Must be Ritual Summoned using monsters that are not Level 8 and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only use one effect of “The Necloth of Valkyrus” per turn, and only once that turn. (1) When an opponent’s monster declares an attack: Banish 1 “Necloth” card from your Graveyard, then discard this card from your hand; negate that attack, then end the Battle Phase. (This is a Quick Effect) (2) During your Main Phase: Tribute up to 2 monsters from your hand and/or your side of the field, then draw a number of cards equal to the number of Tributes. discuss? Jord200
Holy crap on a subway train sandwich. Wait until Black sees this.
Maeriberii Haan
Card's great, triggers sorc and shrit probably, and has the biggest ATK out of all the Necloths so far. Also the discard effect is pretty damn good.
Toffee.
Necloths got a draw engine; Neat.
Darj
The artwork looks awesome: that threatening stance of "I'm going to beat you up", that weapon (it is some sort of poleaxe?) I find it odd that it is an Spellcaster when it resembles an armored knight/warrior, unless what I think is a poleaxe is actually a huge staff. And yeah, since Tributing is part of the effect, it should trigger the effects of Necloth Shrit and Sorc.
Ultravires
The problem with Necloths is still that they need to open with a Ritual Spell or Manju or they brick. Still need an in-archetype Ritual searcher that doesn't blow your Normal or prevent you from going off to really break this deck.

If they have a shadow/vision, they'd skill out so hard. This is cool, if only because Valkyrus gets some love.

Ultravires
They also need more shrit, cause that card is amazing Emilia and Avance could show up as Effect Monsters as well, time will tell.
Wildflame
So yeah, Necloth version of a non Evilswarm related card. Where is your god now? It looks really cool and both of its effects are good. I wonder what rates of the Ritual Monsters the deck will end up playing.
Blake
Emilia and Avance could show up as Effect Monsters as well, time will tell. They did. Sorceror is an old Avance, from the looks. The mirrors apparently can edit age, as seen with Shrit ass Brio/Trish, so it's not thatfar out there.

Gonna reserve judgment until we see a better scan. There's still Emilia in either case and if she's a searcher the deck is solid.

There's still Emilia in either case and if she's a searcher the deck is solid. I was inclined to believe this, but... Elder of the Spirit Beasts is Kamui. Which means that, given he was Shota during the war with the Evilswarm, he is a little younger than Avance, or at least around the same age. Kamui's old here, so it stands to reason that Avance is, as well. Now, while Pilica's father isn't confirmed (Toss up between Windaar and Kamui, iirc), we know her mother is Reeze. And Reeze is definitely older than Kamui. Yet... Rampenta in Pilica's art is clearly younger, but let's compare Pilica and Shrit; Shrit is clearly Pilica's best friend from "Gishki"... But he looks a little older than Pilica. Not by a lot, but Pilica looks 6~8, whereas Shrit looks maybe 10~13. Between Rampenta's growth and Shrit's apparent older age makes it seem like he and Pilica do line up, and we just haven't seen tamer Pilica yet... which makes sense, given that we haven't seen Fusion Rampenta yet, and I'm sure we'll get one. This still seems like the Necloth/Spirit Beasts are not that far past the Shaddoll Era we are currently in. It seems like Reeze, ???, Emilia, and Avance just had kids really late. It isn't unheard of for things like this to happen in tales and stories of yore. The Bible, for example, has this happen a number of times, iirc. So I can believe that they just had kids late. ALTERNATIVELY, the Kaleido Mirror could have stunted Shrit's growth, which explains why he's their warrior, despite his young appearance.
Darj
So yeah, Necloth version of a non Evilswarm related card. Where is your god now? Forgot to point this out. This means that now we can expect any DT monster to show up as a Necloth, and make Necloth Written Cards based on any DT monster without conflicting with flavor. @Black: An issue with the theory of Shrit being Pilica's Gishki friend and both living in the same DT era is that Pilica appearing in "El-Shaddoll Fusion" debunks it. My theory is that there are actually 2 generations of the Emilia/Avance family in Necloths: Gungnir and now Valkyrus are the daughter and son of Emilia/Avance, and Shrit is the son of either of them, and thus the grandson of Avance. Blake
TBH given the trends so far, and the fact we're supposed to get Catastor, I kinda expect; The Necloth of CatastorWATERLevel 5Spellcaster (Emilia)/Ritual/EffectCan be Ritual Summoned with any “Necloth” Ritual Spell Card. Must be Ritual Summoned by using monsters other than "The Necloth of Catastor", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only use one effect of “The Necloth of Catastor” per turn, and only once that turn.(1) You can discard this card; Send 1 "Necloth" card from your Deck to the Graveyard.(2) At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: Destroy that monster without Battle Calculation.7+ rituals seem to have protection effects, while 4 and 6 have consistency effects... and they would really appreciate this for hitting Shrit/Rituals faster, and it makes Sorceror less ass.I really expect this or soemthing close to it.
