Spinny
Sorry if theres been another thread on this but i havent seen one..... If your opponent has 8 or more cards in their Graveyard: The ATK of all monsters your opponent currently controls become 0. When looking at this through the eyes of the current format (Shaddolls and BA etc) it actually doesnt seem terrible. Thoughts?
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Iirc, this was in ghostricks. I think I remember dem mentioning it during her regionals report. Anyway, it is conditional, but can easily steal games (like the majority of power cards)
J-Max
A pretty good counter to Shaddols and Lightsworns. Shame that it is not continuos though... That would probally break it though. Also I misread the Topic as "Ghost of a Chance" lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSP0OEIm3CM
Spinny
Its not actually all that conditional though..... It Stops OTK's Easily and alot of decks will have 8 or more cards in their graveyard, just think about decks that burn through upstart goblin. Making the attack 0 of everything during the BP is almost always useful. The fact that it can be spells aswell makes this card brilliant. So yeah its not actually too conditional, especially in this format!
CLG Klavier
I've been siding some, amazing blowout against lots of decks.
Atypical-Abbie
But then there're Pendulums, which messes with this card, since they will have little to no Graveyard most of the time. Cards also don't destroy cards much anymore, so getting them in the Graveyard yourself is slower. I'm a fan of the art, which probably surprised nobody. EDIT: Forgot it says cards, which does make it a bit better against Pendulums.

No, it isn't impossible, but saying it isn't conditional (at least against qliphs) is just silly. There are other decks, howver, that are pretty much guaranteed to have 8 in grave, but assuming that your opponent always will is generally reckless. Main decking this is awkward because, although it seems sweet against shaddolls, it will do next to nothing against qliphorts once they come around, not to mention the eventual arrival of Necloths, which use up their grave as fuel anyway. With Sirius, tellars can decrease their grave soze and gain card advantage off of it. Cards are generally bad at staying in the grave with noble knights, especially considering holy grail. That said, this is a potential blowout against two big tcg decks right now, and 3 in side sounds far from bad (though I wouldn't prioritize it highly). Ok. I am done pretending to know the meta, now. Carry on.

Oh wow, this is the second time I made this mistake...it says cards, not monsters, how can I do this twice? I am, in fact, an idiot.

Slinky
Its better to use the BP3 one instead. A lot less conditional but for a smaller effect.
Atypical-Abbie
Yeah the fact that it says "Cards" is what makes it side-worthy. I would dare to even say Main Deck, 8 cards is like, nothing. I would like to do some testing to see how many turns it takes for my opponent's Graveyard to get filled up. Spinny
BA uses kuribandit and thats an automatic 5 so its not terrible.
Sleepy
Its better to use the BP3 one instead. A lot less conditional but for a smaller effect. The fact that it targets, only affects 1 monster, and only lasts a turn, is kinda off-setting. Though yeah it is technically the cheap (cost-wise, not price-wise) alternative... Or Necloth Sorceror/Not optimal necessarily, but there are benefits to banishing your shit.
