GarlandChaos
Lore: Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; toss a coin 3 times and destroy it if at least 2 of the results are Heads. Now here's a card I always liked for the design alone. It's a classic Risk VS. Reward scenario, tossing a coin for the chance to destroy one of your opponent's monsters. The stats aren't too bad, either. Let the discussion begin.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Monster destruction is nice, but nowadays there are better ways of popping a monster that don't require luck to pull off. You could combo it with Second Coin Toss (and other stuff) to correct any "tails" flips, but yeah that's about it. Although the anime version is basically what Gatling is now, so... That being said, it still has nostalgia value.

Trebuchet MS
As I mentioned in that other thread, I like this series of Gun-Dragons because they show an acceptable way of doing the luck-based things right. It's already enough that "failing" means the effect does nothing - no need to screw over the player for it. Odds for "succeeding" could be a little higher, though.
