Blake
Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon Wind Dragon / Fusion / Effect LV7 2500/3000 1 “Odd-Eyes” monster + 1 Pendulum Monster You can only use each effect of “Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon” once per turn. (2) When a monster effect, or a Spell/Trap Card is activated, other than this card’s effect: You can shuffle 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck into your Deck, and if you do, negate that activation, and if you do that, destroy it. Odd-Eyes Fusion Spell Normal You can only activate 1 “Odd-Eyes Fusion” per turn. (1) Fusion Summon 1 Dragon-Type Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck by using monsters you control or have in your hand as the Fusion Materials. The Warden
Ahhh, so this is why Sky Arc searches Odd-Eyes cards.
Blake
Based on current wording, OE Fusion can use OEVD as fusion material while it's fd in the ED.
evilfusion
That negation effect isn't once per turn. That's insane.
Pchi
It was only a matter of time before they did that. A Fusion card that fuses monsters from the Extra Deck. And it's not limited to face-up Pendulums either, at least based on the current translation. That negation effect isn't once per turn. That's insane. You can only use each effect of “Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon” once per turn. Sadly, it is.
Maeriberii Haan
mfw you can use sky arc to help fulfill Fusion's Extra requirements. Mfw you can use face-down OEVD+OERD as fusion materials for OEVD.

Maeriberii Haan
Guys, remember Rune-eyes? This card makes it easier to access that thing, which makes it...a million times better. You can also access Wyarm using the vanilla magicians, but idk why would you do it, Man, the extra will be stupidly tight here.

mshends
Is a shame that this here, the new synchron and that xyz monster won't be appearing in the anime any time soon..
Maeriberii Haan
Actually this is a DOCS card, so it'll definitely appear in the anime. And rune eyes still looks nice as a 1-of tbh. But who knows.

heraldry_lord
Vortex for cover card? It seems likely Possibly; Neo New Red Dragon Archfiend is also in DOCS though, so that's another possibility.

AnnieShifter
The fusion card can be used to summon any dragon fusion, meaning that it can also be used to summon the fusion dimension dragon when yuya receives it.
The Highlander
sadly, rune-eyes still sucks because he only hits monsters rip rune-eyes Rune-Eyes can either way be used for fusion conscription, even if that might not be too necessary with the new support it is still quite interesting that conscription can recycle odd-eyes from one's graveyard, as well as preparing him for his search. On a second thought ... where is our second odd-eyes (non-extra deck monster) which is a pendulum ... (even though rebellion would also fullfill the aprt in most cards which suggest it, we still have saber dragon and the regular one (who is similar crappy than saber dragon) evolved into odd-eyes pendulum dragon, so there is still a hint.). 玄魔の王
sadly, rune-eyes still sucks because he only hits monsters rip rune-eyes At this point Rune-Eyes' biggest fault is not being an Odd-Eyes monster. He at least has a niche use for raw damage if it's needed, especially with the immunity effect and now that there are more good Pendulum Magicians. Neutrality Man
one last thing. Absolute can float into this. one last thing. Absolute can float into this. I was seriously wondering if I was the only one that would remember Absolute existed. That's another thing to fuse in to Vortex from the Extra. 玄魔の王
I kept thinking to myself "what's so special about that second effect on Fusion, what are the odds you have 2 Pendulum Dragons fae-up in the ED." Then I noticed it didn't say face-up.
Bringerofcake
I just noticed the odd eyes in odd-eyes fusion. I like it. Screw performapals, I want to run odd-eyes.dek now, between this and all of the field spells and the magicians
Yellow Jacket
An Odd-Eyes Magician deck is awesome. And that's only with Rebellion Dragon! I'm just really hoping Yuya drops the Performapal stuff because at first it was cute and funny but its starting to grow old. And with all this new support for the Odd-Eyes, Magician and Performapal archetypes, its either one or the other. You can't fit all them into the same deck. I doubt he'll drop them unless he changes in character dramatically (which is a possibility). For the time being, the Performapals are part of Yuya's character.
