Idk why Invader, but some of these cards are put in to give them an updated text to fit the PSCT format of today. This especially applies with something like Volcanic Scattershot and Senju in this pack You know Senju was worth like £5 each before this right? It's played at 3 in the best deck of the format and it hasn't been reprinted in years. Scattershot and Senju are desirable cards and they know that people might be more inclined to enter tournaments if you can get Senjus and Scattershots. They probably do it because they want to release them in some way and by making them really rare (about as rare as ultis iirc) they become somewhat desirable as collectors items.
