In this case though, I'll have to vote Cynthia.Challenging enough of an opponent, even though she was underleveled against a significant portion of my team during White 2. ~British Soul~ Posted June 18, 2015 Report Share Posted June 18, 2015 Cyrus has a kickass theme, he's pretty cool in the manga and has a twisted as funk vision.Cynthia on the other hand can be challenging (given her team has 31 IVs in everything) and in the anime her Garchomp has pretty much been unbeaten. Decided to go for Cynthia based on that awesome coat, because I couldn't think of anything to put one above the other, since I like them both.9-6, Cynthia is winning so far. She's actually somewhat relevant to the plot of her games, unlike some other champs (lookin' at you Iris and Diantha). She's the most challenging champ I've faced. The winner of the Villians Poll, Galactic boss, Cyrus. And with 11-7....Cynthia wins!Congrats Cynthia, you are the grand champion of Pokemon! PS: No, I shall not do more. I know there's several other things I could do, but I am done...For now. Maybe in the future I'll do something similar, but for now I shall relax.
