Banish 2 DARK monsters from your Graveyard; add 1 Level 4 DARK monster from your Deck to your hand.

I'd honestly love to see this exact same card exist for other Attributes, if only because this sort of card is typically counterproductive if only because things typically WANT to be in the Graveyard, and more often then not you would want something of a varrying Level/because cooler stuff might exist(oh, you know what I mean).
'Course, you could also be pro and play Kage to make King, which searches another Kage; Oh look, Kage and King are the two DARKs you need.
.....
I don't know, I've just really liked this card, yet, it's rather hard to find a Deck that would honestly use it.

I believe this was, or is, an important card in Spiritoll variants, to get Aratama faster.

Anyway, I think this card is really good, but it's waiting for the right deck(s) to be used/abused. I would say it doesn't have that big of an impact right now because the relevant DARK decks aren't really interested in searching for Level4s: BAs don't have any in the first place, and Shaddolls, well.... I don't think a searcher for Dragon or Lizard is worth their deck space. But maybe it would be a different story if, for instance, there was a deck that mills or is as fast as BA/Shaddoll, but also runs strong targets such as "1-card ED" monsters (Druid Dru, Kerykeion, etc.).

I'm a big fan of cards from the Graveyards banishing as costs for effects throughout the game.

This in theory is a great example of a search card because it is easy enough to trigger, but it needs enough of a requirement to not be mindlessly used around.

For example RotA is usually NOT maxed out when a deck is a mixted type one with few Warriors, otherwise it is an obligatory "must max out easy deck thinning and huge toolbox with no drawbacks" card. Even in decks with few Warriors it can sometimes be argued that it can be maxed out because the speed of searching for key components is more important than the possibility of dead drawing the third copy of RotA on a potential turn 30 of the game that might never come.

IMO, all searching effects should be like this.

Ok the above is an ideal.

In actuality, the card clashes a bit with the metagame. Some decks deem it too slow for them. Some want their cards in Graveyard. Some have other ways to search and don't need this card. It is a shame though.
