Cosmo.
This one in a pure Performage deck, would be amazing! You basically use the Pendulum Zone as an area where this card can stay until it gets out. And if it's destroyed you can summon any Performage, this in my opinion is a 3 of

The Warden
Mini, how do you plan to revive it when it's a Pendulum? Nice card in all, and it's another way to get to Tricklown at least.

The Warden
Nah, he basically said: Set Higurumi -> Let it get destroyed by the opponent -> SS Clown -> Let Clown be destroyed -> Use Clown to SS this back from the Graveyard. I'm just pointing out that Clown can't revive the Higurumi because it was sent to the Extra.
CLG Klavier
Hm...well, Trapeze Magician can force a Performage to pop itself, so you can summon this from Pendulum zone. You can also use Trapeze on this so it pops and grabs a thing from the deck...no idea. Seems useful, but a bit slow.
Atypical-Abbie
Great, Performage got another good monster, now they also have the possibility of Pendulum Summoning, which is quite nice.
The Warden
There's still about, 5 other Performages as well, considering Dennis has showcased a whole bunch of them in his past two duels. Fire Dancer, Water Dancer, the Sandwich guy, Shadow Man, and Air Blower... unless he was already revealed. Either way, there's plenty more of them on the way. Hexanort
hmm performage still doesnt need pendulum i think, since hat trick and trick clown does enough for xyz play, and the scale doesnt reach stilts which is the one that you want to summon and send to grave searching for performage from deck is nice, but still a bit slow, plus damage juggler, summoner monk and lavalval chain does the job bettercan probably be better if the other pendulum is good, but currently, i rather run my flame eater than this..... Toffee.
You know, despite this being seemingly slow, you honestly won't care. You know why? Because This being active basically means all of your Mages have an additional floating effect. Since if any are destroyed, This thing hits the monster zone, then becomes a Giant Rat-like monster. So that's always fun.
ihop
Yeah, the tutoring effect is also not a hard OPT so setting this basically lets you float through destruction 3 times (4 with tricklown, I guess) while filling your grave with Jugglers. Doesn't seem too bad to me.

ihop
it cant summon itself tho, so idk how you are blocking 4 attacks. Itself, the monster that floats, itself after you summon it again, the tricklown you summon.
Blake
It is the best thing to fetch with Trapeze, at least. The quality of the other pendulums dictates this guy's quality, though.
Toffee.
So... Seeing as how this got an impressive buff, safe to say Dennis' other Performage Pendulums will get an equally cool buff as well?
玄魔の王
This is a prettty big hint we're gonna get a lot of Performages in this set, which sucks if your Name is Shun Kurosaki.
Maeriberii Haan
The world is just not ready for Shun's neo new level of edginess. Oh the other hand, we're having more CLOOOOOOOOOOOOWNS. Which is always a good thing. Now to pray that Mirror stays generic.
Cosmo.
With all this good support, i feel like even pure performages might be a very good deck, not meta, but good, they even got their own feather duster or something similar
Miror B
Pendulums are mosnters in the Extra deck...so MST'ing this should trigger it's monster effect, right?
Azuh
I'm hoping that Konami buffs Performages so they all keep the burn effects. I felt that was the coolest part about them
