Toffee.
Trap/Normal Xyz Summon an Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, using appropriate monsters you control as Xyz Material. ...How come we didn't got This? I mean- Fusions have De-Fusion and we eventually got Flash Fusion. Synchros have De-Synchro and Urgent Tuning. Xyzs have Xyz Encore and.... ????? Just seems incomplete, IMO. Discuss. Cosmo.
Do you really want a 101 coming out of nowhere?
Sleepy
Do you really want a 101 coming out of nowhere? That's not too bad.It can ruin some targeting effects at best.Doing it during the opponent's End Phase doesn't do really anything. You could take advantage of 101 protection, but it'd lose the ability to steal a monster... Only the first use of those would really be worth it, otherwise it'd be purely a -1, and even then it is a bit dependent on the opponent's actions. 玄魔の王
Make Azathoth during the opponent's turn so they can't use Monster Effects.
Darj
Card would be fine, and I doubt it would lead to any broken plays, really.Basically, you spend 1 card to drop an Xyz during the opponent's turn; what's the best you could do with this that could end up unfair or game-breaking? Besides "dodging" targeting effects, I can only think of dropping Xyz floodgates such as Dweller or, to a lesser extent, Cairgorgorn, during the opponent's turn to mess with its potential plays. The aforementioned Exciton play is a cute trick as well. You could also make any Xyz with quick or on-Summon effects, such as Pleaides, Tiger King, etc. (this reminded me of the Ptolemaeus --> Pleiades play). On the other hand, and moving a bit into card theory, not really sure if it would work with inherent Xyz-evolutions, but assuming it would do, you could use this to dodge effects that target and threat monsters that can Xyz-evolve, such as Constellars, Ghostricks, etc. Also thought about doing a similar thing with Constellarknight Diamond, but its clause states that it can only be Xyz-evolved during your Main Phase 2, so most likely this would prevent it from being summoned during the opponent's turn. And this is a sillier idea, but you could use this to drop a CyDra Infinity during the opponent's turn, effectively playing around said card's hard-OPT Summon clause. However, running this card just for the sake of that play would be too situational, as it would require you to make 2 CyDra Novas in a single turn, which I have been told is possible, but still, the chances of doing so while have this at hand should be really slim. Fake edit: There is the aforementioned Azzathoth play as well, by Xyz-evolving it from Nyarla.
Tinkerer
...Or you can make Planetellarknight with 2 mats, get it to 3 mats during the End Phase, turn it into Nova during your opponent's turn, then use this to go into Infinity.
