Level 4 monsters
This card cannot attack. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; roll a six-sided die and apply the result.
1: Halve your Life Points. 2: Draw 1 card.
3: Your opponent discards 1 card.
4: Negate the effects of 1 face-up card on the field, until the end of this turn.
5: Destroy 1 card on the field. 6: Destroy this card.

Now, I'm not saying this is a good card AT ALL, but what I WILL say is that this thing makes for a decent early game battle wall, and is fun as funk to play. I just wish luck-based monsters like this got more support than Second Coin Toss and Dice Re-Roll.

Discuss.

There is That Six, and although it is amazing with Dice Jar and pretty good with Number 7: Lucky Straight, it doesn't help with many other luck based cards as they have 1 and 6 as negative effects, including this card.

This card is pretty cool, and if your lucky it's really good. But yeah, if you're lucky. Also it looks like a Borg Cube which is cool.

It's understandable on specific levels. However, winning a duel because a player gets lucky, honestly, is a terrible thing.

It's why we all dislike Lightsworns

In my opinion, this could have gotten away with all of its 6 effects being positive. I wish Konami already dropped this mindset of luck-based mechanics carrying both good and bad effects. The game has changed, and I think that nowadays it would be able to handle cards with dice or coin flip effects whose all results benefit the player; heck, not being able to pick the right effect you want the most could be considered to be enough of a drawback.

This is contested, to be honest. Lightsworn are fun as hell, and while they can get broken as hell OTKs, that is no different from the likes of Chaos Dragons. Of course, we can save that for the next lightsworn thread, so I shall digress.

Crazy Box was cool because it allowed any deck to utilize EEV off of a rank 4. Now, the problem with that now is that EEV is at 1, preventing it from being the power play it once was. DDV also exists, but Cairgorgon is a valid tribute for it while being much better.

Not to mention DRXD is a really really good EEV tribute.

Tbh, I think it needs SOME form of a drawback, I just don't think it needs to be as harsh as this card's options. That was 2013 though, and this is 2015, so there was some changeup
