宇佐見 蓮子@C94
What the fresh hell is this? Great. Now everybody and their mother is going to be running Majespecters. Thanks, Konami. You showed signs of listening to the fans when you made those Buster Blader support cards, but then you made THIS for the same set? I'm not quitting Yu-Gi-Oh!, no way. But THIS? This is really rustling my jimmies. ...I feel tired. I need to go get something to drown my sorrows.not everybody and their mother is gonna run Majespecter because Majespecter isnt that good. like, they win singles maybe but they rarely win matches because any sidedeck murders it dead. GarlandChaos
not everybody and their mother is gonna run Majespecter because Majespecter isnt that good. like, they win singles maybe but they rarely win matches because any sidedeck murders it dead.I don't play 2 out of 3 matches. I'm purely a Singles player, so I wouldn't know from experience what decks suck/are great in sides. So anything that's sidedeck dependent/phobic isn't known as being such to me. Ryusei the Morning Star
I'm purely a Singles playerThere lies the problem. Siding kills a deck like Majepsecter. Try playing 2/3 or 3/5 if time permits and the propobility and luck that may swing games will die down a bit

Bringerofcake
I feel like this should be posted, if only to underscore the virulent reaction The only real reason to ask for an overlap of these two different types of effects is Majespecter. And in that case... You just don't beat them, casually. It is probably THE most difficult deck to beat while playing an undermeta/casual deck, because it outplays decks that don't have built-in means to deal with them, without even trying. All you can really do is pray they bricked (not too hard, though BOSH likely will fix this) and/or force your way through. Tempest + Pendulum Scales t1/2 is game against most decks. Even top decks can have trouble with a deck like this, and cards like Triverr (especially) or other ED answers that do both things OP asked for don't, because the deck naturally outplays cards of that ilk. You have to focus on S/T (Odd-Eyes Advent and Shaddoll Fusion help a lot) to really beat them, and there's not many generic cards that do both that and what the OP asks. Archfiend Eccentrick, MST, etc. are your best bets that aren't floodgates, and those aren't great against 3-4 card backrows. The only other answer to them is Denko, which, again, is not what the OP was looking for. And Fox + Pegasus breaks that, not to mention either of the spells/raigeki in hand + specter, or Xyz. Denko will only buy a turn, like most decks get out of her.
Sunshine Jesse
I came in to say "this card actually seems mediocre, what the f*** are you guys talking about" but it only took until the second page for someone to point it out. I'm not disappointed! EDIT:I'm purely a Singles playerI bet you loved dueling against Dark Worlds back when they were decent.
goodfusion
What I don't like about this card is that it completely crushes PSY-Frames. Which is annoying as I'm now enjoying playing them.
